Very nice well-kept complex with single-new two-storey houses, each with 2 App. / Basement. The app. are clean and very well equipped with lots of shelves / dressers. Fantastically large fenced yard (oasis is not overdone) with palm trees and some tall shady trees and a private playground. Private pool with shallow child-friendly zone. about 50 meters from the lake with shallow pebble beach. Directly opposite there is a mini market for Nötigtste and near some restaurants. Covered quilts etc free parking spaces for cars are also available.
